I'm looking for a book, but can't find it in the internetstore?
If you don't find what you are looking for, send an email to info@poppybooks.nl.
Perhaps the book is in stock, but (not yet) placed in the internetstore.
Otherwise Poppy Books will do his best to find the book for you.

What means 'Niet op voorraad' and 'Uitverkocht'?
'Niet op voorraad' means the artikel isn't in stock.
Poppy Books can order the article at the publisher/distributor.
However it can always be possible the article is sold out at the publisher.

'Uitverkocht'. The article is not in stock, but also sold out at the publisher.
At request Poppy Books will try to find the article somewhere else.

How much is the postage to an address in the Netherlands?
For postage to an address in the Netherlands Poppy Books uses the rates of POSTNL.
Orders above € 50,00 are always send registered.

For postage to an address in Belgium Poppy Books uses the rates of BPost.
Orders above € 50,00 are always send registered.

How much is the postage to the rest of the world?
For postage to an address outside the Netherlands and Belgium Poppy Books uses the rates of POSTNL.
Orders are always send registered.

I get a "bevestiging" for my order via email, but I can't see any bank account and postage?
Correct. First Poppy Books will check if the article(s) is(are) in stock.
If so, you will receive an email with an invoice. On the invoice you will find the postage and details for the bank account.
